Customer Service provides a single and centralized location for Mercer Island residents, businesses, and visitors to access City services Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. They can help with:
- Service requests and issue reporting
- Community Planning & Development questions and check-in
- City meeting information
- Receiving project bids and proposals
- Obtaining community resources and other general information
