Emergency Management Volunteer Exercise

On August 24, Emergency Management Volunteers will be participating in the City's annual Volunteer Exercise.

With City map and cell phone or radio in hand, volunteers will head out in teams and travel around the city to test their ability to locate and “triage” pre-identified buildings, facilities, and assets across the Island.

Volunteers will be identifiable by their neon-yellow vests, yellow hats, badges, and yellow window flags.

Emergency Management Volunteers are a dedicated group of residents who learn and train on essential skills to be prepared to help the community during a disaster. Learn more about becoming a volunteer.
