PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City of Mercer Island is requesting Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced Mobile Asset Data Collection Consultants focusing primarily on Pavement Condition Index ("PCI"), Deflection Testing, Sign Inventory and Sign Retroreflectivity technologies to collect updated pavement data and sign information for the City. Detailed information is available in the attached RFP document.
