Emergency Management Volunteer Meeting and Training Calendar

These meetings and trainings are held monthly normally in the Mercer Island Emergency Operations Center (EOC) located at City Hall 9611 SE 36th St. on Mercer Island, but locations can vary so check calendar.  

Jan. 26  11:00AM-12:00PM   WebEOC training   in the EOC 

Feb. 6      10:00AM-12:00PM  Shelter training     at the Community Center (8236 SE 24th st.)

Mar. 10    11:00AM - 12:00PM  Search & Rescue and Damage Assessment Training in the EOC

April 27 May 25  11:00AM - 1:30PM  Command and Operations AND Admin and Medical Training 

• Due to the closure of City Hall the Quarterly Volunteer Meeting has been combined with the trainings on Volunteer Command & Operations, Administration, and Medical. The meeting will be held at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center (MICEC).

June 23   11:00AM - 12:00PM   Well Operations and CPOD training at Rotary Park (4350 88th Ave SE)

July 27     11:00AM - 12:00PM    Exercise Review in the EOC

August 26 9:00AM- 12:00PM    Volunteer Annual Exercise in the EOC

Oct. 26 Nov. 9     11:00AM - 12:00PM    Slater Room at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center (MICEC)
