Pioneer Park Work Party!

Join us for a Forest Steward led work party in Pioneer Park SE. Forest Stewards Marilyn and Bob will be leading volunteers to remove ivy and blackberries that is blanketing the forest floor. Removing these weeds, help to increase the biodiversity of park by making room for native plants to sprout up.

No experience necessary, all ages welcome.

When: Saturday, April 12^th, 10am-12pm
Where: Pioneer Park SE, a map will be provided for directions to the specific work site.
What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
