Come celebrate Valentines Day with us in Nursery

Join us in our native plant nursery and pick up a nature themed valentine! After you’ve enjoyed something sweet, stick around to help us care for our plants. Tasks may include: potting up bare-root plants, organizing plants by species, re-potting older plants, organizing materials, cleaning tools, among other tasks.

Get your hands in the dirt, work alongside neighbors and friends, and eat snacks! No experience necessary; gloves and tools are provided.

When: Tuesday, February 13^th, 3pm-5pm
Where: Caretakers Building, near Luther Burbank Park North Parking Lot, look for Volunteer Event signs and follow the arrows
What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
