Restoration Event | Pioneer Park

Join us for a work party in Pioneer Park to remove ivy. Ivy contributes to local habitat destruction by pulling down trees, shading out native plants, and reducing habitat and food for wildlife. Help us to remove ivy and create healthier forests.

All ages welcome, and no experience necessary! Gloves, tools, water, and small snacks provided.

• When: Thursday, April 18^th, 4pm-6pm
• Where: Pioneer Park NE, Meet at the corner of Island Crest Way and SE 68^th St. Follow VOLUNTEER EVENT Signs
• What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
