Pioneer Park Work Party

In the spirit of the gifting season, give a gift back to mother nature by helping to remove weeds in your favorite park! Join us as we remove ivy and blackberry from the under story of forest in Pioneer Park. Drink some hot chocolate, eat some snacks, and get your hands in the dirt as you work alongside neighbors and friends.

No experience necessary. All ages welcome; gloves and tools are provided.

When: Thursday, December 26^th, 10am-12pm
Where: Pioneer Park NE, Meet at the corner of Island Crest Way and SE 68^th St. Follow VOLUNTEER EVENT Signs
What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
