City Council Special Meeting - Executive Session

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING – EXECUTIVE SESSION(S)

Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 14, at 2:00 pm for three Executive Sessions to: 1) review the performance of a public employee pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) for approximately 60 minutes, 2) consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) for approximately 15 minutes, and 3) discuss pending or potential litigation with legal counsel pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for approximately 60 minutes.

The meeting will take place in the Caucus Room at City Hall at 9611 SE 36th Street, Mercer Island, WA 98040.
