City Council Special Video Meeting (Executive Session)

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING – EXECUTIVE SESSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 21, at 2:00 pm, for approximately one hour. The purpose for the Special Meeting is to conduct an Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel pending or potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). No action will be taken following the Executive Session.
All City Councilmembers, legal counsel, and staff will participate in the meeting remotely using video conferencing technology provided by Microsoft Teams.
