Juror Information

Mercer Island Municipal Court has Jury days scheduled two days a month (usually the third week of the month). If you have received a Summons For Jury Duty, your jury call dates are listed towards the top of the letter, in bold, within the text box. If you are unable to attend on the dates listed, you must complete the bottom portion of the Jury Summons and submit to the Court. You will receive a response from the Court within 5 court business days prior to your jury service date if your request is denied.
 
Please be sure to call the jury line at 206.275.7986 the day prior to jury service to verify the time you are to appear and any calendar changes.

Please note:

According to RCW 2.36.170, it is a crime for any person summoned for jury duty to intentionally fail to appear as directed.
