You may pay online by going to www.micourtpay.com. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

In Person / By Mail

Payments may also be made in person or by mail. The Court accepts payments by cash, check, money order or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Please do not send cash payments through the mail. Make checks payable to Mercer Island Municipal Court and include your ticket number.

If you wish to make a payment during Court closed hours, beginning 2/1/24, you may use the metal drop box at Newcastle City Hall - located left of the main building entry. 

If you cannot pay your fine in full by the due date and your case is not in collections, you may have the option of setting up payments directly with the Court. 

Hours of Operation

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
If the front door is locked during hours of operation, please call 206-275-7604, option 4 

The court is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Collections

If your case has been sent to collections, please contact Linebarger  at 1-844-576-4766. Once your case is with collections, you must contact Linebarger in order to discuss your payment options. Payments to Linebarger can also be made through their website at www.lgbswebpayments.com.  A reference number is required.
