NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING – EXECUTIVE SESSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, at 4:00 pm for an Executive Session to discuss pending or potential litigation with legal counsel pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for approximately 120 minutes.
Pursuant to Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, all City Councilmembers, legal counsel, and staff will participate in the meeting remotely using video conferencing technology provided by MS Teams.
