NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING – EXECUTIVE SESSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 27 at 4:30 pm to discuss with legal counsel pending or potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for approximately 30 minutes.
Pursuant to Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, all City Councilmembers, legal counsel, and staff will participate in the meeting remotely using video conferencing technology provided by Microsoft Teams.
