National Night Out is celebrating its 39th year promoting Crime Prevention and Emergency Preparedness.
This event is designed to bring neighbors together to discuss crime prevention, emergency preparedness and community partnerships.
From 5:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday, August 2, residents are asked to lock doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening with neighbors.
Please contact Officer Jennifer Franklin jennifer.franklin@mercerisland.gov or 206-275-7905 if you would like to pick up Crime Prevention and Emergency Preparedness Handouts for your neighborhood or would like an officer of fire fighter to stop by your organized neighborhood.
