Join the Mercer Island Police Department for an evening of community-building and crime prevention.

We are excited to announce that we are bringing back a community-wide event for National Night Out! 

Come get the "scoop" on the new Police Chief and enjoy some cold treats at our ice cream social!

Chat with the new Police Chief and Police Officers, tour a Police vehicle, see a Marine Patrol Vessel up close, get crime prevention and emergency preparedness tips, and more!

National Night Out (NNO) is a community-building event in the United States, held the first Tuesday of August annually in cities across the country.

The event is designed to increase awareness about police programs like the Neighborhood Watch Program, drug prevention, Paws on Patrol, emergency preparedness, and other crime prevention and safety efforts.
