REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: 22-24

The City of Mercer Island requests proposals from firms to design and/or construct athletic field facilities at Island Crest Park. Successful applicants will specialize in sports facility design, design-build, engineering, and/or construction; general parks facility design, design-build, engineering, and/or construction; or other disciplines relevant to design and renovation of athletic fields such as baseball and softball fields. Applicants should be adept at engaging community members in the design process as well as understand and promote sustainable and “green” practices for constructing and maintaining public sports facilities.

Direct all submittal questions to Sarah Bluvas at sarah.bluvas@mercerisland.gov by 5pm PST on September 8, 2022. It is the obligation and responsibility of the submitter to learn of addendums, responses, or notices issued by the City relative to this RFP.
