METHOD OF BID SOLICITATION:  MRSC Small Public Works" Environmental Consulting” and with the matching sub-categories of “Recycling and Sustainability Consulting” Roster in accordance with RCW 39.04.155. 

The City of Mercer Island (“City”) requests submittals from qualified firms to develop and implement an outreach program for commercial and multifamily customers on the Island centered around compliance with Washington HB2301 Organics Management Law and with general waste sorting and recycling education.

Successful applicants will be experienced in public outreach and engagement strategies relevant to waste diversion. Through this process, the City aims to identify a single, full-service firm that will undertake the scope of this RFP.
