Energy Smart Eastside Workshop
Energy Smart Eastside has special rebates for residents of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and Sammamish. These rebates can be combined with other utility and federal incentives for thousands of dollars in savings on heat pumps.

Energy Smart Eastside is a climate initiative of the Cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond and Sammamish.
The program is funded by city dollars matched with grants from the WSU Community Energy Efficiency Program, Puget Sound Energy, the Washington State Department of Commerce Building Electrification Program and the Washington State Department of Commerce Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program.
The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health.
