Code Compliance Officer

Our code compliance officer enforces City building, development, utility and nuisance codes. Code compliance staff investigate possible code violations and work with property owners to come into compliance. 

They can answer questions like:

  • Is this a code violation
  • I received a notice from Code Compliance, what do I do now
  • What progress is being made addressing my code complaint
