Permit Services Team

The Permit Services Team (PST) staffs the Permit Counter at City Hall.  They are available to answer general questions and can help connect you with appropriate staff and resources. 

They can answer your questions about:

  • Permit Processes
  • Plan Review Timelines
  • Inspection Scheduling
  • Locating Property Documents via our Map Portal or NextRequest
  • General questions about CPD

If they can’t answer your question, they can direct you to appropriate staff for more specialized information.
