The Building Team consists of the Building Official, Building Plans Examiners, and Building Inspectors reviewing construction projects for compliance with adopted building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, energy, and accessibility codes. Our experienced staff includes licenses, degrees, and certifications in engineering, architecture, electrical journeyman, building, mechanical, and plumbing fields.

Simple Residential Projects - OTC

At this time, over the counter building permit review is not available. Simple Residential Building Permits can be submitted electronically for express routing. To submit your application, follow the steps below. Labeling your project folder with "EXPRESS" will help ensure express routing.
