Required Forms and Documents
Prepare your plans, permit forms, and supplemental information to allow for electronic plan review. The following documents are required:
- Fire Permit Application
- Plan Set - submit as a PDF set with a minimum plan sheet size of 11"x17" using a scale that is legible and easily reviewed.
- Cut Sheets and Supplemental Documents as needed.
