Fuel Tank Removal Permits can be obtained by emailing the permit application to epermit.tech@mercerisland.gov.

Required Documents
Provide a site plan/sketch to indicate tank capacity, tank location on the property, and distance (in feet) to the nearest corner of the foundation of the structure. Include an outline of the entire foundation and property lines.
Related Applications
If work is located in the City Right of Way, a Right of Way Use Permit is also required.
